She could look a lot worse after 42 surgical procedures I must say. Rio! What a fantastic place to be at that time of the year. It is rumoured that when Ronaldo was at Inter Milan, he negotiated a clause in his contract that allowed him to go back each year for the Rio Carnival. Says it all really!
